Everyone is different, so when I meet a client I carefully assess their body’s posture.

As a sport scientist I’m passionate about body awareness and how healthy and beneficial movement can easily be implemented within our everyday activities.

While there are basic fundamentals, everyone is different so when I meet a client I carefully assess their body’s posture, movement and composition to identify imbalances. Together we also establish your goals, your strengths and weaknesses.

We only have one body, and it has to last us a lifetime. It’s essentially our most basic and necessary personal transport module - it takes us to places, and opens all kinds of doors.

Regardless of our age, looking after our own bodies rewards both us and our loved ones, because being healthy benefits everyone.

I then tailor an optimised and practical sports activity programme around your individual needs and preferences.
